steel class 8, zinc-plated

Fine-pitch nuts DIN 935 with white electroplated zinc coating

This group combines a fine-pitch metric thread with a finish described as white electroplated zinc. Diameter, thread pitch and nut dimensions must suit the mating component and design requirements. Before ordering, also check pack size and sales unit.

Selecting the nut and locking arrangement

Compare the exact pitch, nut height and width across flats. Check that the split pin can pass through the crown slots and the hole in the screw or pin. Positioning and installation requirements should follow the connection documentation.

A white zinc coating designation does not replace data on coating thickness, material and property class. Confirm the required surface parameters and operating conditions using the product data sheet or supplier data.

Frequently asked questions

Does the same diameter ensure compatibility? Diameter alone is insufficient — also compare thread pitch. Different pitches require appropriate mating parts.

Does zinc plating indicate a specific property class? Coating and mechanical properties are separate characteristics. Check both in the documentation of the selected nut.

NERON in Piła: when enquiring, state the thread designation and project requirements. Compare uncoated fine-pitch DIN 935 or the zinc-plated coarse-thread design.
