steel class 8, uncoated

Uncoated fine-pitch castle nuts DIN 935

This section covers the uncoated fine-pitch variant. The thread designation must match the screw or pin in both diameter and pitch. Compare the complete designation with the mating part documentation. The term “fine-pitch” does not specify a single pitch value.

Parameters needed for selection

• Diameter and exact thread pitch.
• Nut height, width across flats and space for the crown.
• Hole position in the screw or pin and split-pin size.
• Mechanical properties, surface requirements and pack quantity.

Frequently asked questions

Can a fine-pitch nut replace a coarse-thread nut? A change requires a matching thread on the mating component. Do not select parts by diameter alone.

What does an uncoated finish mean? It refers to the surface finish. It does not automatically specify property class or corrosion protection conditions. Specific product data are required.

Before contacting NERON in Piła, prepare the complete thread designation and connection documentation. Compare the fine-pitch design with white electroplated zinc coating or the uncoated coarse-thread variant.
