§ 1. Seller and scope of the Terms and Conditions
The sellers are Krzysztof Przewoźniak and Marcin Wojciechowski, partners trading as Neron Spółka Cywilna Przewoźniak Krzysztof, Wojciechowski Marcin, hereinafter jointly the “Seller”. Business and correspondence address: ul. Wybickiego 17, 64-920 Piła. NIP: 7642675766, REGON: 366187029, BDO: 000363504.

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Store, provision of electronic services, placing orders, sales, processing of ordered goods, delivery, withdrawal from contracts and complaints. They are available free of charge and can be saved and printed using browser functions.
§ 2. Definitions
- Customer – a natural person, legal person or organisational entity using the Store or entering into a contract with the Seller.
- Consumer – a natural person performing a legal act not directly connected with their business or professional activity.
- Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person entering into a contract directly connected with their business activity where the contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for that person, arising in particular from the business activity disclosed in CEIDG.
- B2B Customer – an entrepreneur who, in relation to the particular contract, is not an Entrepreneur with consumer rights.
- Goods – movable items offered in the Store, including items made or processed to an agreed specification.
- Working day – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland. Other periods stated in days mean calendar days.
- Account – a free electronic service providing access to functions for a registered Customer.
§ 3. Technical requirements and use of the Store
Using the Store requires an Internet-connected device and an up-to-date browser supporting JavaScript and necessary cookies. An active email address is required to place orders and maintain an Account. Consent to optional analytics or advertising cookies is not a condition of purchasing or using an Account.
Providing unlawful content, infringing third-party rights, disrupting the Store or circumventing its security measures is prohibited. The Customer should protect login details and provide correct information needed to perform the contract. Internet use involves risks including phishing, malware and unauthorised access. Updating software and checking the website address before logging in are recommended.
§ 4. Electronic services and Google or Facebook login
The Seller provides browsing of Store content, the Account, cart and available forms and review functions free of charge. A form or cart service lasts until the action is completed or abandoned. The Account service agreement is concluded for an indefinite period upon completion of registration.
The Customer may use the available Google or Facebook login. This is a voluntary authentication method separate from consent to analytics and advertising. Login using an email address and password is also available. The Customer selects an account and approves the scope of information during login with the selected provider. The Store does not receive the Google or Facebook account password. Creating or linking an Account is subject to the security measures used during login. Merely providing an email address does not entitle anyone to take over an existing Account. For access problems or to disconnect Google or Facebook login, contact the Seller. The Privacy Policy describes data processed during login.
The Customer may terminate the Account service agreement free of charge at any time by sending a request to biuro@neronpila.pl. The Seller may verify the requesting person’s authority. Closing the Account does not cancel concluded contracts or statutory data-retention duties.
Complaints about electronic services may be sent to the postal or email address in § 1. A description of the problem and reply details are recommended. The Seller responds within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
The Seller may terminate an ongoing service for good cause, in particular a serious or repeated breach of law or these Terms and Conditions, after requesting that the breaches cease and giving 14 days’ notice. Immediate restriction of access is possible where necessary for security or required by law. This does not affect rights arising from concluded sales contracts.
§ 5. Orders and conclusion of the contract
Information about Goods, including descriptions and prices, constitutes an invitation to enter into a contract. The Customer selects Goods and quantities, provides details, selects delivery and payment and checks the summary. Errors can be corrected before ordering. Placing an order using a button that clearly indicates the obligation to pay constitutes the Customer’s offer.
The contract is concluded when the Customer receives confirmation that the order has been accepted for fulfilment. An automatic acknowledgement of receipt of the order alone does not accept the offer if its content clearly distinguishes those actions. The contract is concluded in Polish. The Seller provides confirmation of the contract and its terms, including the Terms and Conditions applicable to the order, on a durable medium, in particular in the body of an email or an attachment.
Orders requiring an individual quotation or arrangements may be agreed by email. Before such an order is accepted, the Customer receives the description of the performance, price, costs, timing and other material terms for approval. Changes require agreement between the parties. The Seller does not unilaterally introduce additional chargeable services.
If Goods are unavailable, the Seller contacts the Customer promptly. Changing the Goods, scope or timing requires the Customer’s consent. If the order cannot be fulfilled and the contract is not concluded or is terminated, payments received are refunded promptly. This does not limit the Customer’s statutory rights.
§ 6. Prices and payments
Prices for consumers are gross prices including applicable taxes. Any net price is clearly identified. Before placing an order, the Customer receives information on the total price, delivery costs and other charges. Available payment methods depend on the order and are shown during checkout.
For advance payment, payment is due within 5 working days of receipt of confirmation that the order has been accepted for fulfilment, unless the parties individually agree another period. If payment is not made by then, the Seller sends a payment demand allowing an additional 7 calendar days from its receipt and informing the Customer of the possibility of withdrawal from the contract. If that additional period also expires without payment, the Seller may withdraw by a separate declaration sent to the Customer. The order is not automatically cancelled merely because the initial 5 working days have elapsed.
Individual commercial terms, discounts or deferred payments apply to the extent agreed with the Customer. An obvious pricing error is considered under the law. Merely invoking an error does not deprive the Customer of statutory rights.
§ 7. Goods processed or made to specification
The Seller carries out agreed processing of the materials offered, in particular cutting, drilling and welding. Before accepting the order, the parties agree the material, quantity, dimensions, processing scope, technical requirements and tolerances relevant to the work, price and timing. The specification is sent by email. Processing begins only after the Customer confirms it by email.
Unless another period was individually agreed before accepting the order, processing takes up to 14 working days. This period starts on the day after the last of three conditions is met: receipt of the required payment, agreement on the complete specification and its confirmation by the Customer, and material availability. Material availability is agreed before accepting the order. Changes to it cannot postpone contract performance indefinitely without the Customer’s consent.
The processing period ends when the work is complete and the Goods are ready for dispatch or collection. Transit time is specified separately. The individual processing period and expected delivery date are agreed before accepting the order and confirmed by email.
The Customer is responsible for the correctness of dimensions, drawings and requirements supplied to the extent they constitute the Customer’s specification. The Seller is responsible for conformity of the material and processing with the contract and reports any ambiguities or obstacles noticed. Approval of the specification does not release the Seller from liability for processing errors or statutory duties. § 9 governs withdrawal for customised Goods. The right to complain remains.
§ 8. Delivery, collection and unloading
Delivery method, cost and timing are presented before ordering and, for individual orders, agreed before acceptance. Availability of delivery methods depends, among other things, on the address, weight, dimensions and type of Goods. Free-delivery or promotional terms apply as presented for the order. Later changes do not affect the concluded contract.
Delivery to other European Union countries is possible by individual arrangement. Before accepting the order, the Seller confirms feasibility, transport method, cost and timing. An enquiry about foreign delivery alone does not constitute acceptance of an order.
Unloading terms are always agreed before accepting the order. The arrangements specify who provides unloading, necessary equipment or assistance, access conditions and delivery location, and whether unloading is included in the price or requires a separately accepted charge. Unloading is not automatically assigned to the Customer or carrier.
Where Goods have different availability dates, the timing agreed for the entire order applies. Partial deliveries and related costs require agreement with the Customer. Collection takes place after order readiness is confirmed and collection is arranged.
The risk of accidental loss of or damage to Goods passes to the Consumer when the Goods are handed to the Consumer or a designated third party other than the carrier. The exception concerns a carrier independently chosen by the Consumer and not offered by the Seller. The recommended inspection of the parcel and damage report help clarify the matter, but absence of a report does not exclude the Consumer’s statutory rights.
§ 9. Statutory right of withdrawal
The Consumer and Entrepreneur with consumer rights may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days, subject to statutory exceptions. For sales, the period starts when the entitled person or a designated third party other than the carrier takes possession of the Goods. For multiple Goods delivered separately, in batches or in parts, it starts upon possession of the last item, batch or part. For a service contract, it starts upon conclusion of the contract.
It is sufficient to send an unambiguous declaration before the deadline to biuro@neronpila.pl or by post to: NERON S.C., ul. Wybickiego 17, 64-920 Piła. The form at the end of these Terms and Conditions may be used, but is not mandatory.
The Seller refunds payments received, including delivery costs up to the cheapest ordinary delivery offered for the order, no later than 14 days after receipt of the declaration. Refunds use the same payment method unless the entitled person expressly agrees another method involving no costs. If the Seller has not offered to collect the Goods, the refund may be withheld until the Goods or proof of return are received, whichever occurs first.
Return the Goods promptly, no later than 14 days after withdrawal, to: NERON S.C., ul. Wybickiego 17, 64-920 Piła. Sending the Goods before the deadline is sufficient to meet it. The entitled person bears the direct return costs unless the Seller has agreed to bear them or failed to provide the required information about this obligation.
For Goods that cannot normally be returned by post due to their nature or size, the return cost is individually determined. Where it cannot be calculated precisely, a reasonable estimate of the maximum cost is provided. This information is given to the Customer before the contract is concluded and confirmed by email in the order terms.
The entitled person is liable for diminished value of the Goods only to the extent caused by use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, subject to the statutory duty to inform them of the right of withdrawal. Original packaging or a receipt is not required to exercise this right.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, to non-prefabricated Goods made to the Customer’s specifications or serving the Customer’s individual needs. This may include material cut or processed to individually agreed dimensions. Merely sourcing standard Goods to order or selecting a standard variant does not automatically exclude withdrawal. The exclusion does not limit rights arising from non-conformity of the Goods with the contract.
Starting a separate paid service before the withdrawal period expires requires the entitled person’s express request. If withdrawal follows such a request, proportionate payment for the service performed is due only under statutory conditions. Loss of the right of withdrawal after full performance requires prior express consent, information about loss of the right and acknowledgement by the entitled person. Confirmation of a specification alone does not replace these declarations.
§ 10. Complaints and conformity of Goods with the contract
The Seller is liable to the Consumer and Entrepreneur with consumer rights for non-conformity of Goods with the contract existing upon delivery and becoming apparent within 2 years, unless a lawfully specified shelf life is longer. Goods should match the agreed description, quantity, quality, completeness, functionality and accepted particular purpose and meet the applicable objective statutory requirements.
The entitled person may request repair or replacement. The Seller may use the other remedy if the chosen one is impossible or entails disproportionate costs, and may refuse both only in statutory cases. Repair or replacement is at the Seller’s expense, within a reasonable time and without excessive inconvenience. The Seller collects the Goods made available at its expense. If the Goods were correctly installed before non-conformity became apparent, the obligation includes removal and reinstallation or their costs as provided by law.
A price reduction or withdrawal is available in statutory cases, in particular if the Seller refused to bring the Goods into conformity, failed to do so properly, non-conformity persists, is serious enough to justify immediate exercise of these rights, or circumstances show conformity will not be restored within a reasonable time or without excessive inconvenience. Withdrawal is unavailable for minor non-conformity. Non-conformity is presumed serious.
A complaint may be made in any legally permitted form, in particular by email to biuro@neronpila.pl or by post to ul. Wybickiego 17, 64-920 Piła. It is helpful to identify the Goods, purchase date, problem, remedy requested and contact details. A receipt or particular form is not required for a complaint to be considered. Other evidence may establish the purchase.
The Seller responds to a Consumer’s complaint within 14 days of receipt, on paper or another durable medium. Failure to respond within that period means acceptance of the Consumer’s complaint. The Seller also applies a 14-day response period to an Entrepreneur with consumer rights.
Any guarantee given is independent of the Seller’s statutory liability. Its scope is determined by the guarantee statement. The Customer may choose the appropriate basis for a complaint. Custom processing does not exclude liability for performance contrary to the contract.
§ 11. B2B sales and additional right of return
In sales to B2B Customers, the Seller does not exclude statutory liability for defects. The applicable provisions of the Polish Civil Code apply. The additional right of return below is a contractual right separate from complaints. It does not restrict statutory rights of the Consumer or Entrepreneur with consumer rights.
- A B2B Customer may notify a return of standard Goods within 14 days of receipt by email to biuro@neronpila.pl, identifying the order and Goods being returned.
- Return the Goods within 14 days of notifying the return to NERON S.C., ul. Wybickiego 17, 64-920 Piła, at the B2B Customer’s expense.
- The Goods should be unused apart from checking their characteristics, undamaged, unmodified and protected for transport.
- The additional right of return excludes Goods made to an individual specification or modified to the Customer’s order.
- When the entire order is returned, the Seller refunds the Goods’ price and the original delivery cost paid. For a partial return, the Seller refunds the price of the returned Goods without the original delivery cost.
- The amount due is refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned Goods. Return shipping remains at the B2B Customer’s expense.
The parties may individually agree other commercial terms and confirm them by email. Such terms cannot restrict mandatory rights of a person covered by consumer protection.
§ 12. Reviews and promotions
If the Store provides reviews, information on whether and how their origin from purchasers or users of the Goods is verified should be available alongside them. The Seller does not post or commission false reviews. A Customer posting a review should accurately describe personal experience without infringing the law or others’ privacy.
The Customer gives non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to publish the review in the Store for as long as it is made available, without distorting its meaning or infringing authorship. Unlawful, advertising or unrelated content, or content infringing third-party rights, may be withheld or removed. Moderation concerns may be sent to biuro@neronpila.pl.
When price reductions are announced, the legally required information on the lowest price in the 30 days before the reduction is provided. For Goods offered for a shorter time, the period since they were first offered applies. Discount-code terms are stated in the promotion information. If a price is individually personalised through automated decision-making, the Customer is informed before ordering.
§ 13. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The Consumer may seek assistance from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman, the Trade Inspection or a competent consumer alternative dispute-resolution body. Information is available on the website of UOKiK. Participation in out-of-court proceedings is voluntary unless the law provides otherwise. After rejecting a complaint, the Seller provides the legally required statement about participation in such proceedings. This does not limit the right to bring claims before a court.
§ 14. Personal data and cookies
The rules for processing personal data, including Account administration and Google or Facebook login, are set out in the Privacy Policy. Cookie information is provided in the Cookie Policy and the cookie settings panel. Optional consents may be changed or withdrawn in that panel. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is not consent to optional analytics or advertising.
§ 15. Application of the Terms and Conditions and final provisions
This version applies to orders placed from its publication on 22 October 2026. Earlier orders are subject to the terms in force when placed. Changes to these Terms and Conditions do not infringe acquired rights.
Changing terms of ongoing services already being provided, including Account administration, requires good cause such as changes in law, Store functions, security requirements or Seller details and is limited to the scope arising from that cause. The Seller communicates the change and its effective date on a durable medium at least 14 days in advance, allowing termination of the service. Publication of this document alone does not replace such notice to existing users.
Polish law applies without depriving the Consumer of protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the country of habitual residence. Court jurisdiction is determined by law. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
