1. Controllers and contact
The joint controllers of personal data are Krzysztof Przewoźniak and Marcin Wojciechowski, trading as Neron Spółka Cywilna Przewoźniak Krzysztof, Wojciechowski Marcin, ul. Wybickiego 17, 64-920 Piła, NIP 7642675766, REGON 366187029. Contact: biuro@neronpila.pl, tel. +48 664 726 856.
This document supplements the Privacy Policy, which describes data processing, recipients, transfers and users’ rights.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of information stored on a user’s device and read by a website. They are used, among other things, to maintain sessions, operate the cart and remember consent choices. Other information storage technologies may perform similar functions. Describing a category of technology does not mean that every technology in that category is used in the Store.
3. Categories and rules of use
- Necessary: enable the Store, sessions, cart and login to function and remember cookie choices. They are used without consent only to the extent necessary to transmit a communication or provide a service expressly requested by the user.
- Performance and analytics: measure traffic and use of the Store with Google Analytics 4. They are activated after consent to this category.
- Advertising and other optional technologies: their use requires the relevant consent. Consent to analytics does not constitute consent to ad personalisation.
Storing or accessing information on a device is governed by Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. Where the information constitutes personal data, its processing is also subject to the GDPR. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent basic use of the Store or placing orders.
4. Giving and withdrawing consent
On the first visit, the SEIGI panel allows users to accept all optional cookies, reject them or select categories in the settings. Optional categories are not selected by default. The choice must be confirmed using the relevant button, including “Save settings” when selecting individual categories.
The panel can be reopened at any time using the cookie icon or the cookie settings button available in the Store, to change and save the selection. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
The seigi_cookie cookie remembers the choice for 182 days. This period is not the lifetime of Google Analytics cookies. When the stored choice expires or is deleted, the panel may ask for a new decision.
5. Google Analytics 4 — basic mode
The Store uses GA4, measurement ID G-4Z8DMMT4WY, in basic consent mode. Before consent to analytics and after refusal, the analytics tag is blocked — it should not send cookieless measurement requests to GA4 either.
After consent, GA4 may store cookie identifiers and collect information about page views, events, use of the Store, and device and browser parameters. After consent is withdrawn, the Store stops further measurement and deletes its own GA4 cookies covered by the consent mechanism, while retaining necessary cookies. Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete data previously sent to Google.
6. Advertising measurement and external login
The Store uses Google Ads, and conversions are imported from GA4. Consent to analytics is not also consent to the use of data for advertising or ad personalisation; the relevant functions require the appropriate consents. The Store does not use the Meta pixel or Meta Conversions API.
Login with Google or Facebook is a voluntary alternative to standard login. Choosing an external login does not constitute consent to analytics or advertising cookies. The login provider also processes data under its own rules, described in its privacy policy. Details of external login are provided in the Store’s Privacy Policy.
7. List of cookies and storage periods
| Cookie | Domain / scope | Purpose and category | Period |
|---|---|---|---|
PrestaShop-… |
.neronpila.pl | Operation of the Store, cart and customer session; necessary. | 20 days (480 hours according to the Store configuration). |
PHPSESSID |
neronpila.pl | Maintaining the session; necessary. | 20 days from the issue of a new cookie (Max-Age 1728000 seconds). See the information about older cookies below. |
seigi_cookie |
neronpila.pl; storage for all subdomains is disabled in SEIGI. | Remembering consent choices; necessary. | 182 days. |
_ga |
.neronpila.pl | Distinguishing users in GA4; analytics, after consent. | By default, 2 years (730 days), renewed during use of the website after consent; the browser may shorten the period. |
_ga_4Z8DMMT4WY |
.neronpila.pl | Maintaining the GA4 measurement session state; analytics, after consent. | By default, 2 years (730 days), renewed during use of the website after consent; the browser may shorten the period. |
GA4 configuration: overriding the default cookie settings is disabled in the Google tag panel; according to the integration audit, there is no local override of the lifetime. The 2-year period describes the tag setting, not a guaranteed storage period in every browser. For example, Chrome limits cookie validity to a maximum of 400 days from setting or renewal. Users may delete cookies earlier, and browsers may apply additional restrictions.
Older PHPSESSID cookies: before the fix implemented on 26 October 2026, cookies may have been given an incorrectly extended expiry date. Simply refreshing the page does not automatically shorten it. The 20-day period applies to newly issued cookies. The previous cookie can be deleted in the browser settings; this may end the session, require logging in again or affect the cart.
A cookie’s lifetime on the device is not the period for which data is stored on the server or the time for which a server-side session remains active. Cookies of external services used, for example, for login or payment are also subject to the respective provider’s rules.
8. Providers and users’ rights
Information from cookies may be processed by the Store’s controllers and service providers, in particular Google for GA4 and Google Ads, and the providers of the selected external login. Information about data recipients, grounds for processing, possible transfers outside the European Economic Area and users’ rights is provided in the Privacy Policy.
Provider information: Google Privacy Policy and Google Analytics cookies. For matters relating to data and the exercise of rights, contact biuro@neronpila.pl.
9. Browser settings
The browser allows cookies to be inspected, blocked or deleted. Blocking necessary cookies may hinder login, use of the cart and purchases. Merely deleting cookies in the browser does not replace withdrawal of consent in the Store’s panel or automatically delete data previously processed by providers.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as services, configuration or legislation change. Updating the document does not replace obtaining new consent where required. The current version is available in the Store.
