A2 shear nuts — two views before installation

Shear nuts M12 A2 — 100 pieces

The nut consists of a round part with a widening profile, a reduced section and a hexagon for tightening. During installation, the hexagonal part breaks off at the reduced section. The round part remains on the joint, making removal with an ordinary spanner difficult.

Material and application

Made from stainless steel A2. The nuts are intended for permanent security joints, including fencing, signs and boards, and street furniture. Breaking off the hexagon limits access to the spanner flats; it does not make removal by specialist methods completely impossible.
