Payments
The available payment methods and transaction details are shown during checkout. Before placing an order, the customer is informed of the total price, delivery costs and any other amounts payable.
Advance payment deadline
For advance payments, payment is due within 5 business days of receiving confirmation that the order has been accepted for fulfilment, unless the parties individually agree a different deadline. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
Failure to pay by the deadline
If payment has not been made by the deadline, the Seller sends a demand for payment, allowing an additional 7 calendar days from its receipt and informing the customer of the possibility of withdrawal from the contract. If payment has still not been made by the additional deadline, the Seller may withdraw from the contract by a separate statement communicated to the customer. The order is not automatically cancelled solely because the initial 5 business days have elapsed.
Individual payment terms
Individual commercial terms, discounts or deferred payments apply to the extent agreed with the customer. We confirm individual arrangements by email.
