Delivery method and cost
The available delivery methods and shipping cost for a specific order are shown during checkout. Where delivery requires individual arrangements, we agree the terms and cost with the customer before accepting the order.
Delivery to European Union countries
Delivery outside Poland to other European Union countries is available by individual arrangement. Before accepting the order, we agree whether delivery is possible, the method, cost and delivery date for the specified location.
Unloading
The unloading method and conditions are always agreed with the customer before the order is accepted. These arrangements take into account the type, dimensions and weight of the goods and the conditions at the delivery location.
Partial deliveries
An order may be fulfilled in partial deliveries by agreement with the customer.
Preparation time and transit time
The time needed to prepare the goods for dispatch and the transit time are specified separately. For processed goods, the processing period ends when the work is completed and the goods are ready for dispatch or collection; it does not include transit time. We agree the individual processing period and expected delivery date before accepting the order and confirm them by email, in accordance with § 7 of the terms and conditions.
Where goods have different availability dates, the date agreed for the entire order applies. Partial deliveries and their associated costs require agreement with the customer.
Collection in person
Collection in person takes place after confirmation that the order is ready and arrangements have been made for collection.
