Description

02K70 ANAEROBIC THREADLOCKING ADHESIVE - For securing threaded connections in the as-supplied condition without prior surface cleaning. It can secure studs, roller and ball bearings where disassembly is not intended. It protects bolted and threaded connections against accidental loosening from impacts or vibration loads. Disassembly with ordinary tools is difficult or in some cases impossible. Particularly suitable for highly loaded bolted joints. It cures (polymerizes) when air is excluded (anaerobic) and through the catalytic action of metal (metal contact).
