Silicone spray Wiko 400 ml

Silicone spray Wiko 400 ml

Product description

WIKO SILICONE SPRAY has an anti-adhesive effect and forms a long-lasting release layer that allows easy sliding and movement. Ideal for use in production and maintenance. The product is grease-free and useful for both protecting and maintaining substrates. It smooths the surfaces of rubber, plastic and metal parts very effectively.

Properties

  • invisible, lubricates without staining
  • clean, non-sticky and smooth layer
  • excellent surface quality
  • high temperature resistance
  • protects against oxidation and corrosion
  • no electrical conductivity
  • water-repellent and antistatic
  • Operating temperature -30 °C to 260 °C

Application

  • protects electrical contacts against moisture
  • maintains rubber parts (they do not crack, freeze, stick or crumble)
  • plastics acquire an excellent shine and do not become brittle
  • allows easy movement of sunroofs, car seat rails and seat belt retractors
  • restores mobility to stiff-moving and squeaking parts
  • excellent as a release agent for casting and injection moulds
  • useful as an aid when fitting rubber seals and hose connections

Directions for use

First clean the surfaces to be coated of grease, oil, dirt and rust (we recommend using one of the WIKO industrial cleaners). Shake the container vigorously before use and carry out a test. Apply SILICONE SPRAY crosswise from a distance of 20 to 30 cm, then wipe with a soft cloth.
