PA6 MoS2 -Extruded polyamide / colour black
The addition of MoS2 (molybdenum disulfide) lubricant improves the
sliding properties and changes the plastic’s colour to black. Compared with base PA6,
wear resistance, stiffness and dimensional stability increase.
Properties: high mechanical strength, high stiffness and hardness
good machinability, high vibration damping capacity, high wear resistance
high fatigue strength
Example applications: conveyor rollers, guide wheels, tensioner rollers,
pulleys and sprockets, drive and idler wheels, spacer bushes, parts for mechanical
seals, support boards for cutting dies.
NOTE: All plastics we sell are semi-finished products with machining allowances - dimensional tolerance.
