FAT 94 Reinforced THICK SEMI-SOLID GREASE
High-performance thick lithium grease reinforced with anti-wear additives - level 4. Components activated by friction bind to the microstructure of the mating surfaces, forming a long-lasting lubricating film.
Lubrication applications:
- open (uncovered) gear and worm drives, rolling and plain bearings
- thick chains, machine guides, racks, booms, steel wire ropes, hinges, trailer couplings, belt-and-slat conveyors, etc.
- drive shaft splines
- pumps, drilling equipment and other machines
- components made of aluminium, brass, bronze or stainless steel
- metallurgical, mining, shipbuilding, automotive, chemical, wood, textile, paper, printing or other industries
Additional benefits:
Radically reduces friction and abrasion. Withstands high loads, pressures, vibration and shocks. Significantly extends effective lubrication and protection time regardless of weather conditions. Does not run off; suitable for vertical and overhead applications. Mechanically stable. Seals against contamination. Eliminates jamming and dampens vibration. Quickly improves the operation of mechanisms. Resistant to steam, salt, alkalis, acids and washout with cold or hot water. Does not harden. Compatible with previously used lubricants. Maintains reinforced lubrication even in small quantities, thereby positively affecting global warming and economy of use. Its consistency allows a thicker layer of grease to be applied. The spray form makes application easier and helps lubricate hard-to-reach places. The permanently fitted capillary tube increases dosing precision and economy. Operating temp. -30°C to 160°C. Colour: grey – green.
Capacity; grease spray 400 ml.
