Light-coloured high-temperature paste for the food and pharmaceutical industries

Klüberpaste UH1 96-402 is a high-temperature paste with a wide range of applications for lubrication during assembly under controlled hygienic conditions. It consists of fully synthetic base oils with a special blend of ceramic solid lubricants.

In the "normal temperature range" up to approx. 160°C, Klüberpaste UH1 96-402 is water-resistant during lubrication and assembly and adheres well to metals.

At higher temperatures, up to 1200°C, dry lubrication takes place; solid lubricants counteract fretting corrosion on contact surfaces and abrasion, e.g. of fitted surfaces.

Klüberpaste UH1 96-402 is NSF H1 certified and therefore meets FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570 requirements. This lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal-feed industries. Using Klüberpaste UH1 96-402 helps improve production process efficiency. Nevertheless, we recommend an additional risk analysis, e.g. HACCP.
