Terostat MS-939 300 ml

is a one-component, stable, high-viscosity adhesive/sealant based on silane-modified polymer for gun application. It cures to an elastic state by absorbing atmospheric moisture. Terostat MS-939 contains no solvents, isocyanates, silicones or PVC and is odourless. It adheres well to many substrates and can be overpainted with suitable coatings. Terostat MS-939 has good UV resistance.

Terostat MS-939 is used for flexible bonding of metals and plastics, e.g. vehicle and caravan side and roof panels; flexible sealing of seams and joints in cars, railway carriages, containers, vehicle bodies, metalworking and equipment production, electrical engineering, plastics processing, air conditioning and ventilation. It adheres to sheet metal (bare degreased, phosphated, hot-dip and electrogalvanized, chrome-plated and painted), alloy steel, brass, aluminium (bare, anodized and painted), glass, PA, PVC, PUR-RIM, polyester, EPDM and most thermoplastics. Terostat MS-939 does not adhere to PE, PP or PTFE.

Instructions for use.

Terostat MS-939 is dispensed from cartridges with a manual or pneumatic gun. Surfaces must be free of grease and oil, dry and dust-free. Prepare them with Reiniger FL or another degreaser.
