LOCTITE HY 4090 is a two-component hybrid adhesive, off-white to light yellow in colour, with high viscosity, non-drip properties and resistance to moisture and shocks. Intended for structural bonding.
LOCTITE® HY 4090 has high viscosity and an off-white to light yellow colour. It provides entirely new possibilities for structural bonding — the first adhesive combining the properties of an instant adhesive with those of epoxy resins. Fixture time from 90 s to 180 s and gap-filling capability up to 5 mm. Resistant to vibration, impact loads and shocks. Best applied using a mixing nozzle for LOCTITE® 50 ml adhesives (IDH 1826921), LOCTITE® 400 ml (IDH 1573135), LOCTITE® 96001 (IDH 267452) or LOCTITE® 983439 (IDH 218311).
