LOCTITE® 262 is a red, general-purpose thixotropic methacrylate adhesive with medium to high resistance to removal. Fixture time on steel - 15 min., on brass - 8 min., and on stainless steel 180 min. UV radiation activates its fluorescent properties and enables monitoring. It is ideal for applications where product run-off must be prevented. It tolerates light contamination with industrial oils. Suitable for all mechanical joints.
