Adhesive 06K38 WIKO

Wiko 06K03 is a one-component anaerobic adhesive for retaining cylindrical assemblies.

The product cures when air contact is excluded while it is between close-fitting metal surfaces. Adhesion occurs even on slightly oil-contaminated surfaces.

APPLICATION:

Wiko 06K38 is an oil-resistant retaining compound for a wide range of applications. It cures quickly and has high strength. It tolerates slight oil contamination of parts. It has approvals and has been tested and accepted by leading bearing manufacturers. It retains close-fitting cylindrical parts and is used where thorough removal of grease from the parts is impossible.

PROPERTIES:

Application – liquid, curing method - anaerobic, fixture time - 8 min, required strength - high, diametral clearance - up to 0,1mm, max. temperature resistance - 150ºC, packs – 10ml,  50ml, 250ml
