Application of EASY LINE compressed air filter regulators

EASY LINE compressed air filter regulators are components for controlling the operating medium pressure. They are used individually in supply and control systems or as part of 2-element air preparation units. They also filter compressed air, removing contaminants. Used in pneumatic systems throughout industry to set the required operating pressure, they also provide the appropriate air preparation class. EASY LINE compressed air filter regulators maintain the set outlet pressure regardless of inlet pressure fluctuations. If outlet pressure rises above the set value (which may be caused by external factors or actuator damage), the EASY LINE compressed air filter regulator vents the system while continuing to maintain the set outlet pressure. Pressure is adjusted manually using a lockable knob. The filter section removes solid contaminants through the filter element and liquid water by swirling the airflow with a guide vane. It removes oil droplets from the compressed air to a limited extent. Condensate collects in the EASY LINE compressed air filter regulator bowl and is removed using a semi-automatic condensate drain that can also be operated manually. EASY LINE compressed air filter regulator bowls are protected against damage by a metal guard.
