125x64x8 Phosphated disc spring DIN 2093 - 1 pc.

Disc spring 125x64x8 mm DIN 2093

A resilient component with a conical profile, intended to transmit high axial forces with a small deflection. The phosphated and oiled surface reduces the risk of corrosion during storage and installation.

Key specifications

Design and application

Disc springs can be used individually or combined in series and parallel stacks to obtain the required deflection and force. Applications include clamping mechanisms, clutches, brakes, valves, fixtures and machine assemblies.

Deflection and force data from the source document

• s = 0,65 mm — F = 31119 N
• s = 1,3 mm — F = 59520 N
• s = 1,95 mm — F = 85926 N

Selection and installation

Selection should take account of the load direction, permissible deflection, stack guidance, friction and operating conditions. The drawing shows the dimensional symbols and loading arrangement; numerical values are given in the product specifications.

The l0, h0, s and F values were transcribed from the supplied PDF document for this exact dimensional variant.

Delivery and weight

The offer includes 1 spring. The weight calculated from nominal dimensions and a steel density of 7,85 g/cm³ is approximately 0,569 kg (569 g) for the entire pack. This is an indicative value, excluding packaging.
