EASY LINE COMPRESSED AIR FILTERS

EASY LINE filter applications

EASY LINE compressed air filters are air preparation components used in pneumatic systems across all industries. Their purpose is to achieve the appropriate cleanliness of the working medium required for correct operation of pneumatic components. EASY LINE compressed air filters operate by removing solid contaminants through the filter element and liquid water (by causing the airflow to swirl using a flow guide). EASY LINE compressed air filters remove oil droplets from compressed air to a limited extent. Condensate collects in the filter bowl and is removed using a semi-automatic condensate drain with manual actuation available. Suitable working-medium quality, free of solid contaminants and liquid water, increases the service life of pneumatic components and reduces the likelihood of corrosion. The filter element installed in EASY LINE compressed air filters allows an air purity class appropriate for the particular device to be achieved. EASY LINE compressed air filter bowls are protected against damage by a metal guard.
