 The material combination of a steel hub and a polyamide sleeve allows maintenance-free coupling operation with very low friction between the teeth and the sleeve.  

Thanks to the double-cardan design, restoring forces can be disregarded when using the couplings, and periodic angular velocity fluctuations do not occur.   

The couplings can be insteelled vertically or horizontally without special tools.  

The polyamide materials used have the following beneficial properties:

●high mechanical strength

●high rigidity●high thermal resistance (+ 100 °C)

●retention of properties at low temperatures

●favourable sliding and friction characteristics

●very good electrical insulation

●good chemical resistance

●retention of dimensional accuracy
