 The material combination of a steel hub and polyamide sleeve enables maintenance-free coupling operation with very low friction between the teeth and sleeve.  

Thanks to the double-Cardan design, restoring forces can be disregarded when using BoWex ® couplings, and periodic angular velocity fluctuations do not occur.   

BoWex® couplings can be installed vertically or horizontally without special tools.  

The polyamide materials used have the following beneficial properties:

●high mechanical strength

●high rigidity●high thermal resistance (+ 100 °C)

●retention of properties at low temperatures

●favourable sliding and friction characteristics

●very good electrical insulation

●good chemical resistance

●retention of dimensional accuracy
