Application of compressed air preparation units BLUE LINE

BLUE LINE compressed air preparation units (2-element) are components for preparing the operating medium. They consist of a BLUE LINE filter-regulator combined into one element and a lubricator. They are used in supply and control systems in all branches of industry. They are used in pneumatic systems to obtain the required air cleanliness, set the appropriate outlet pressure and introduce lubricating oil into the installation as an oil mist. BLUE LINE compressed air filter-regulators filter the operating medium and maintain the set outlet pressure regardless of inlet pressure fluctuations. When the outlet pressure rises above the set value (e.g. due to external factors or damage to actuating components), the BLUE LINE compressed air filter-regulator vents the system and continues to maintain the set outlet pressure. Pressure in BLUE LINE compressed air filter-regulators is adjusted manually. The installed BLUE LINE compressed air lubricator introduces oil mist into pneumatic lines in an adjustable manner (drip adjustment), for lubricating the moving parts of pneumatic components and their seals.
