Application of compressed air preparation units EASY LINE

EASY LINE compressed air preparation units (2-element) are components for preparing the operating medium. They consist of an EASY LINE filter-regulator combined into one element and an EASY LINE lubricator. They are used in supply and control systems in all branches of industry. They are used in pneumatic systems to obtain appropriate air cleanliness, set the outlet pressure and introduce oil mist into pneumatic lines. EASY LINE compressed air filter-regulators filter the operating medium and maintain the set outlet pressure regardless of inlet pressure fluctuations. When the outlet pressure rises above the set value (e.g. due to external factors or damage to actuating components), the EASY LINE compressed air filter-regulator vents the system and continues to maintain the set outlet pressure. Pressure in EASY LINE compressed air filter-regulators is adjusted manually using a knob. The installed EASY LINE compressed air lubricator introduces oil mist into pneumatic lines in an adjustable manner (drip adjustment), for lubricating the moving parts of pneumatic components and their seals. The bowls of the EASY LINE compressed air preparation unit components are protected against damage by a metal guard.
