Banjo EASY LINE elbow fittings are connecting components for easy, repeated connection of flexible pneumatic tubes and hoses perpendicular to the connection-port axis. They are suitable as pneumatic and installation fittings for distributing the working medium. Banjo EASY LINE elbow fittings can connect pneumatic components. Their use as pneumatic fittings allows pneumatic systems and systems for other neutral working media of any complexity to be built. Banjo EASY LINE elbow fittings can connect tubes with outside diameters of 6mm and 8mm. The Banjo EASY LINE elbow-fitting thread range covers sizes from G1/8” to G1/4”

Banjo EASY LINE elbow fittings – what should you know?

Banjo EASY LINE elbow fittings enable quick, convenient installation of tubes and hoses perpendicular to the supply-port axis and connection of pneumatic components.

Banjo EASY LINE elbow fittings allow tube and hose connections in systems routed through areas with limited access.

The high quality of Banjo EASY LINE elbow fittings allows their use in demanding operating conditions and repeated connection/disconnection of pneumatic tubes while maintaining leak tightness.

The working media for Banjo Easy Line elbow fittings are compressed air and neutral gases.

EASY LINE push-in elbow fittings are used to connect flexible tubes and hoses with outside diameters of 6mm and 8mm, made of polyurethane (PU, PUN), polyethylene (PE) and polyamide (PA).

Banjo EASY LINE elbow fittings are available with inch threads G1/8” and G1/4”.

Banjo EASY LINE elbow fittings are made of durable plastic and nickel-plated brass.

They can be used at pressures from 0 to 10 bars and temperatures from 0°C to + 60°C.

For higher operating pressures, polyamide (PA) tubes and hoses are recommended.

Banjo EASY LINE elbow fittings are recommended for connecting components in systems and installations subject to frequent servicing.

Banjo EASY LINE elbow fittings can rotate to adjust the position of the connected tube, making it easier to route supply systems in machines and equipment.

Tubes and hoses for Banjo EASY LINE fittings are selected by outside diameter.

The use of calibrated tubes and hoses is recommended.

Thread sealing of EASY LINE series Banjo elbow fittings at pneumatic-component connections using a Teflon coating.
