Characteristics:

Operating principle:

One-way flow control valves throttle flow in one direction, while flow in the opposite direction is unthrottled. In the standard design, these valves “throttle the exhaust air”. Screwing them into a cylinder, for example, provides smooth motion without the Slip-Stick effect. For cylinders with a small volume (small diameter/short stroke), a special design with “intake air throttling” is used.
