Application of compressed air lubricators EASY LINE

EASY LINE compressed air lubricators are components in the group of operating-medium preparation components. The EASY LINE lubricator has drip adjustment, allowing appropriate dosing of lubricant into the system as an oil mist, and an oil filler plug. The compressed air lubricator is used to lubricate the moving parts of pneumatic components and their seals. Lubrication reduces resistance to motion in pneumatic cylinders and extends the service life of all pneumatic components.

Lubrication is required for components with seals made of NBR (rubber) and Viton, and for pneumatically driven tools. The bowls of EASY LINE compressed air lubricators are protected against damage by a metal guard.

Recommended operating pressures: from 1 to 10 bar

Recommended operating temperatures: up to +60°C.

Connection threads (size): from G1/4” to G1”

body and bowl guard – aluminium; bowl and lubricator dome – polycarbonate; lubricator plug – plastic; seals – NBR.
