Two-component epoxy adhesive for metals and cast iron

LOCTITE 3450 Hysol Liquid Metal

Two-component epoxy adhesive for metals and cast iron. Cures quickly at room temperature after mixing the two components. Can be drilled, sanded and painted after curing. Recommended for bonding and repairing metal parts.

Mixing ratio: 1:1

Open time: 4-6 min

Fixture time: 15 min

Operating temperature range: -55°C to +100°C

Colour: grey

Volume: 25ml

Application notes

- For best results, thoroughly clean and degrease the surfaces

- After measuring out the components, mix thoroughly until the product has a uniform colour.

- To accelerate epoxy curing at low temperatures, store the epoxies at room temperature or warm the repair surface until it feels warm to the touch.

- To slow epoxy curing at high temperatures, cool the resin and hardener.

- Do not load the joint until it has reached full strength.
