SEMI-DRY LUBRICANT for chain drives Power IV

Reinforced lubricant for drive chains. Contains an increased quantity of EP additives and FM (Friction Modifier) friction modifiers – level 4. Activated compounds bond to the chain surface, forming a long-lasting lubricating film. Radically reduces friction and abrasion. The best semi-dry chain lubricant in its price class*. The carrier in DCL 30 40 delivers the preparation to every recess of the chain. The volatile components evaporate quickly, leaving a clean coating with a waxy consistency.

Lubrication applications:

  • all types of conveyor or drive chains (with X-rings or O-rings): plate-and-roller, leaf, Galle roller, toothed, pin chains
  • power transmission components
  • metallurgical, mining, shipbuilding, automotive, chemical, wood, machinery, textile, paper, printing or other industries

Additional benefits:

Highly adhesive – adheres well to metal surfaces. Maintains rubber elasticity - protects O-rings against drying and hardening. Resistant to salt, steam and washout by cold or hot water. Does not pick up dirt. Significantly extends the intervals between lubrication cycles. Has good preserving properties. Maintains reinforced lubrication in small quantities, thereby positively affecting global warming and economy of use. The spray form makes application easier and helps lubricate hard-to-reach places. The permanently fitted capillary tube increases dosing precision and economy. Neutral towards plastics and paints. Compatible with previously used lubricants. Operating temperature -30°C to 180°C.
